Mccrudden Has A Hand In Every Goal In Red Hook Field Hockey Win

RED HOOK – What a day for Red Hook High School’s Ally McCrudden!

The Raiders scored five goals on Saturday and she had a hand in every one of them as Red Hook downed Rhinebeck, 5-0, in a field hockey game.

McCrudden assisted on first-half goals by Bailey Jordan and Danielle Walsh, and then closed the half by scoring two unassisted tallies of her own.

In the second half, McCrudden assisted on Walsh’s second goal.

“We played a good passing game and practiced being patient on defense,” Red Hook coach Cari Meltzer said. “The midfielders (Lauren Rhynders, McCrudden, Emily Neese and Anna Murphy) played strong hockey, working to connect the ball to the forward line and keeping the ball on the offensive side of the field.”
