ARLINGTON BOYS, GIRLS STAY HOT

Admiral Soccer Teams Both Play At Home, Both Win

FREEDOM PLAINS – One game on the upper field, one game on the lower field, two victories.

Arlington High School had both its boys and girls soccer teams in action at home on Wednesday, and both won their respective league matchups.

“It’s nice to get another league win,” Arlington coach Craig Sanborn said. “We played well at times. Did a nice job of creating opportunities, need to do a better job of finishing.  Overall, I’m pleased with the outcome after a bit of a lay-off.”

Colantuono was assisted by Michael Cocca at the 6th minute to open the scoring, and 14 minutes later Michael Cocca socred off an assist by Dillon Saez.

Colantuono scored an unassisted goal at the 45th minute to make it 3-0 and John Bernardi tallied at the 53rd minute for Mahopac.
