Panthers’ Locicero Has A Big Game In Victory

WALLKILL – John Locicero was all over the place on Tuesday.

The senior scored three goals and had three assists, leading the Wallkill High School boys soccer team to a 10-2 victory over Rondout Valley in a Mid-Hudson Athletic League game.

The Panthers are 6-5 overall and 5-2 in the league.

Frankie Palumbo had two goals and two assists for Wallkill, Sonny Tarantino had two assists and a goal, and Andy Pelella,

Anthony Pozza and Justin Ortiz all had a goal.

Cole Popowick and Andrew Darrow combined for six saves.

Brennan O’Connell had both of Rondout’s goals.
