Panthers Overwhelm Monticello For First Win

WALLKILL – Wallkill High School bounced back in a big way Friday night.

Ryan Strobach threw two touchdown passes to Jack Rauschenbach and ran for another score, as the Panthers whipped Monticello, 50-6, in a non-league football game.

Aaron Bennett added two rushing touchdowns among his 100+ yards on the ground. Devin Martucci ran for a 21-yard score and Anthony Quattrochi plunged in from a yard out for a TD.

The Wallkill defense turned in a big effort that included a safety.

Monticello’s only touchdown came on a Josh Gattling 76-yard kickoff return.
